aboutus
Jay's grandfather, Horace, began keeping bees to pollinate his garden and fruit trees and for honey collecting beginning in the 1920's and continued this labor of love for over 60 years. Jay watched his grandfather build hives, plant beneficial plants and trees and nurture his bees. Jay observed the many ways his grandfather used honey, wax, propolis, and pollen. Jay decided to follow in Horace's footsteps and started Lick Creek Honey and Apiary in 2018.
